Fast-track review: payment buys speed, not a verdict
Want your bot added, or your fact sheet updated, sooner? We’ll review it within 3 business days of payment. The rules, the sources and the possible results are the same as for a free submission.
What you get
- A review of a new listing or an update to an existing fact sheet (pricing, markets, custody), finished within 3 business days of payment.
- A short email listing what we could and couldn’t verify, with sources.
- If we miss the deadline, you get a full refund. The review still happens.
The policy, in plain words
- You pay for timing only. The report card comes from the published rules applied to public sources. It can come out as Caution, Red flags or Limited data.
- No refunds based on the result. Refunds only apply if we miss the deadline.
- Paid reviews are disclosed. The fact sheet notes “Review expedited at the operator’s request (paid)” with the date.
- We can’t remove regulator records. SEC, CFTC and DFPI entries mirror official sources. Contact the regulator that published them.
- Corrections are always free. Factual errors with a source go through the free form, and we review those within a week.
- Not a placement. A fast-tracked bot gets no ad, badge or ranking boost.
- We don’t accept fast-track payments from operators named in a regulator fraud action (rule R1) or whose domain is on a regulator scam list. They can use the free correction process.
